The relationship between supplier and customer doesn’t come to an end following hardware installation. Depending on the complexity, training can be essential to get the very best out a system.
Training volunteers, students, work experience candidates and full time technicians is part of what we do. Many operators have either learnt their skills on the job or find themselves in that situation by default – often with only a little knowledge or without a complete understanding of the correct way to set up a sound system. Often some short basic training sessions can lead to a step change to the quality of what an individual or team can produce.
Sessions are hands-on with a little theory to explain the basics. The process can help establish correct methodology and uniformity in set-up and operation.
